Drywall…a Residential and Commercial Staple.

It has been more than a century now that drywall has been a staple in homes and commercial buildings. It is a gypsum and paper conglomerate material which made plaster walls nearly obsolete when it came onto the scene in 1916. It is sturdy, relatively cheap, easy to paint, and resistant to fire.

Here are some common problems with drywall –

  1. Sanding…because it is fairly delicate, too much or too little sanding may be wrong.
  2. There may be seams between the boards making it unseemly.
  3. Moisture is the enemy of drywall.
  4. Taking the proper care to paint carefully over it.

That is why you need a handyman or more than one to do the job properly and for the long haul…guaranteed! In the Metroplex home and business owners know whom to call… Home Pro Contracting of Dallas. They handle all drywall jobs large and small with their on-hand staff of handymen. Just call (214) 886-3326.
